On the BA International Media and Communications Studies course, you will study the theory and history of communications in a global context. You will develop a strong sense of the various political, economic, social and cultural factors that shape the way we understand, or misunderstand, each other on an international stage. In addition, you will study a European or Asian language from beginners to A level standard, or continue with a language you have already begun studying (French, German or Spanish). Students also have opportunities to spend part of year two abroad.
