Study this course and gain a leadership role across a range of enterprise and industry sector where you will be using initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes. You will be using cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, you also will learn creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.Students who successfully complete this course will be issued with the AQF (Australian Qualifications Framework) BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management. Students who partially complete this course (a minimum of one unit of competency) will be issued with a Statement of Attainment from BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification for the unit/s of competency successfully completed.
