A Bachelor of Business in International Hotel Management equips you with the skills for a global career in hotel management. You’ll gain immersive practical learning in a simulated hotel environment at our residential campus, along with valuable networking opportunities with leading hotel brands. You will begin your studies with a 12-week immersive trimester at our Leura campus, where you’ll experience all aspects of hotel operations before continuing at our Surry Hills campus. In addition, you’ll complete 720 hours of paid industry placement, gaining real-world experience with leading hospitality organisations. The course also focuses on foundations and professional practice, as well as hotel leadership, with a business management emphasis that prepares you to step confidently into management roles in the global hospitality industry.
