This one-year (3 term) programme can offer successful students progression to Year 2 of a number of Business, Art and Design, and Engineering degrees at Coventry University. You will study your foundation programme at the ONCAMPUS Centre based at the heart of the Coventry University campus with easy access to TheHub, library and the city centre. The IY1 Programme offers progression to Year 2 of the following undergraduate degrees. Business degrees: BA (Hons) Business Administration (January and September intake), BA (Hons) International Business (top-up) (January and September intake), BA (Hons) International Business Management (September intake), BA (Hons) Business and Marketing (January and September intake), BA (Hons) Event Management (September intake) and BA (Hons) Sport Marketing (September intake). Art and Design degrees: BA (Hons) Graphic Design (January and September intake) and BA (Hons) Illustration and Graphics (September intake). Engineering degrees: BEng/MEng Automotive Engineering (January and September intake), BEng/MEng Mechanical Engineering (January and September intake) and BEng/MEng Motorsport Engineering (January and September intake). Your application will be assessed and you may be offered a 3 or 4 term programme depending on your English level and academic background. The duration of the programme is one academic year (nine or twelve months). The year is divided into three or four terms of seven to eight teaching weeks, one reading week, and an examination week. You will undertake up to 28 hours of classroom-based study per week including tutorials.
