In conjunction with our on-campus restaurant, Rata Room, you will experience how to plan and execute effective events and promotional campaigns in the digital age. You will also be able to incorporate a knowledge of global food and beverage trends to achieve expected revenue targets and comply with regulations including health and safety.<br><br>Upon graduating you will be able to work in a supervisory role in a range of hospitality establishments and will be able to monitor and maintain operating procedures and communicate effectively across cultures to enhance business objectives and exceed guest experiences.
