Become a leader in the tourism and hospitality industry with this new double diploma programme. If you want to work in a leadership or management role in the Tourism and Hospitality industry, or you're currently employed and want to upskill and move into a senior position, this exciting NEW programme will help get you there.Over an 18 month period, you will complete two qualifications: New Zealand Diploma in Hospitality Management (Level 5). Real world learning, research, work placements, field trips and classroom lessons will prepare you to meet the growing needs of the food and beverage, hotel and accommodation, and tourism and travel sectors in New Zealand and globally. You will develop knowledge and skills in managing people and performance, events, stock, inventory, budgets, waste and quality of products and services. This unique programme will give you an understanding of the quality systems, practices and values that define successful hospitality and tourism businesses.
