In particular, the program ensures graduates are ready for the future of work by providing them the opportunity to participate in industry-based projects and learn about HR practices in the contemporary business context, including human resources operations and strategy, talent acquisition and retention, and the changing role of HR in a digitized context, including role of analytics in HR.<br><br>Our Bachelor of Business major in Human Resource Management degree (previously known as Bachelor of Commerce: Human Resource Management) is accredited by the human resource professional body Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and graduates will become Associate Member of CIPD upon graduation.<br><br>The curriculum would allow students to learn about Responsible Business Management practices in alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).
