The Foundation Year is designed for students who either do not meet the requirements for direct BSc entry (level of English, school qualifications, etc.) or would like to gain additional confidence and skills in their subject area and general academic practice prior to the start of their degree course.<br><br>The Foundation Year in Business provides an introduction to the academic disciplines of Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, and Marketing, as well as their overlaps and interfaces, and guarantees progression to BSc (Hons) Accounting and Finance or BSc (Hons) Business Management (subject to meeting the required criteria).<br><br>The programme can be completed in either 2 or 3 semesters, depending on existing academic qualifications and level of English. Upon successful completion you will progress seamlessly to the first year of your chosen degree at Lancaster University Leipzig.
