Students must be at least 16 years of age and show proof of successful academic experience and qualifications at:

• New Zealand Year 12 level (NCEA Level 2); or
• Grade 12/11 (Asia); or
• Senior high school 3rd/2nd year

For the 6 months (two-term) Fast-track programme option:

• IELTS 6.0 (a minimum of 5.0 in all bands); or agreed equivalent

For the 8/9 months (three-term) Standard programme option:

• IELTS 5.5 (a minimum of 5.0 in all bands); or agreed equivalent

For the 12 months (four-term) Standard Plus programme option:

• IELTS 5.0 (a minimum of 4.5 in all bands) or agreed equivalent.
