This course is designed for those who wish to own and or run a business, focused in hospitality. The units are based around what a Manager would need to do within any business, business plan, financial operations, marketing strategies, human resource management, a Work Health and Safety plan and a risk assessment. Successful graduates are leaders in the hospitality industry and are skilled in both hospitality and business management.
