You learn how to use PRINCE2 - a project management method used to manage, control and organise projects. You also learn about key principles of project management for a wider range of disciplines such as strategic project management and risk management. You integrate essential IT management topics around e-commerce and information systems management and develop sufficient technical and interpersonal skills to make an immediate contribution to major projects at the leading edge of IT management.
