Essential knowledge and skills for working in the travel and tourism industry are delivered so you'll be job ready on completion of the dual qualifications. The units delivered will prepare you for a wide variety of industry possibilities, such as travel consulting, working on a cruise ship, leading tours, managing resorts or departments and more. You will undertake units in airline reservations, international fares and ticketing, local and international destination studies, customer service, sales, and brochure production, as well as resort management, including front office reception services and reservations and Finance units relevant to travel and tourism businesses.
