If you love people, a hospitality career could be just what you are looking for - this program gives you a taste of what a hospitality career has to offer. This associate degree introduces you to hospitality concepts, allows you to discover business and management principles, and provides you with the knowledge, attributes, skills and experience of hospitality operations. Students will undertake most of their practical training at our live restaurant, William Blue Dining, learning firsthand what it takes to run a restaurant. Through William Blue's Industry Placement Program, you work 800 hours over two trimesters, gaining invaluable work experience and business contacts. With a wide range of organisations to choose from, we assist you in finding a placement that is right for you, and in most cases, placements lead to permanent employment so you graduate with a job waiting for you.
