The Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management provides you with the skills and knowledge in the areas of leadership, management, finance, risk management, strategic planning and human resources. This course will take your management skills that you have acquired at diploma level studies, or from experience in industry, to another level You'll gain the skills to make a range of business decisions whilst operating at a senior level of management. The course is delivered in one year through face-to-face lessons at our Melbourne campus. A range of assessment methods are used, from practical observation to knowledge test to assignment work. There is no prerequisite required to enter this course, but it is recommended to undertake after any Diploma level of studies.
