This major is intended for students who are interested in the management of organizations such as businesses, governments, hospitals, and universities. Students will study analysis and development of organizational design and change, negotiation strategies and tactics, human resource development and utilization, personnel planning, motivation of individuals and teams, and the development of employee skills. Options include organization planning and design, corporate management training, human resource allocation, consulting, general management, and managing the small business.
