This certificate will provide graduate students with a set of courses focused on leadership. This certificate is designed to help students develop the ability to lead and change themselves, others, and organizations to enhance their leadership abilities in business organizations.Students must achieve a B or better in each of the courses applied toward the certificate and complete all certificate course work within six years immediately preceding awarding of the certificate. Some courses may have prerequisites that are not part of the certificate curriculum.Applications are available in the College of Business Office of MBA Programs. Students must be in good academic standing to be eligible.
