This nine-credit, stand-alone certificate is designed for those who work in information technology (IT), who have clients in technology fields, or who want a broad introduction to information systems. The courses prepare you to strategically implement technology within organizations and give you a managerial-level understanding of infrastructure, applications, and the industry's latest data analysis tools. Every credit earned in this certificate can later be applied toward CSU's online or on-campus Master of Computer Information Systems after formal admission per University transfer policies. Successful completion of the certificate does not guarantee degree-program admission.
