Recommended B average (equivalent to a McMaster 8.0 GPA out of 12) or higher.
Completion of the GMAT is required for application to the Full-Time MBA program. For Fall, 2025, a GMAT waiver is being offered based on the following criteria:
A GPA with a minimum academic average of B+ in the last 2 years of undergraduate degree (or 20 courses, or the equivalent of 60 academic credits) from a degree in engineering, science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, business or economics
All other applicants are required to have a minimum academic average of A- within the last two years of undergraduate degree (or 20 courses, or the equivalent of 60 academic credits)
GPA will be calculated using the two most recent years of undergraduate or graduate study, 20 courses, or the equivalent of 60 academic credits. A combination may be used and is determined on a case-by-case basis.
IELTS- Recommended score of 7 OR Academic TOEFL- Recommended score of 100
English language proficiency requirements will be waived for applicants who have studies for a minimum of three years in a university where the medium of instruction was English.

Students in the MBA program have full access to the services and resources offered by the Career and Professional Development (CPD) team. These services include, but are not limited to, one-on-one counselling, resume/cover letter reviews, interview prep, and professional development activities/workshops. Each student in this program is assigned a dedicated Relationship Manager.
