Organizational settings, including for-profit businesses, political organizations, not-for-profit organizations and public and private boards, are dynamic entities, which rely on skilled leaders to function efficiently and to ensure positive workplace cultures and climates. The Organizational Sciences degree offers two specialization areas and is offered on campus and completely online. Organizations and Communities specialization allows you to select courses from different disciplines that investigate/examine organizations and the communities they serve from a variety of disciplinary perspectives (e.g., Business, Psychology, Communication, Human Resource Management, Political Science, Sociology, etc.).
