Develop your knowledge of leadership theory and practice, and develop the skills necessary to become an effective leader who can promote positive organizational change. The BA program in organizational leadership prepares students for executive roles in a variety of environments. Students develop the skills and knowledge that leaders need in order to solve problems, communicate effectively, assess programs, manage resources, and use emerging technologies in organizations.<br><br>Students who complete the program at ASU at Lake Havasu choose from three focus areas: organizational behavior, organizational leadership and project management.<br><br>Students interested in completing the program in Gila Valley, Pinal County, Cochise County, Pima County, Yavapai County or Yuma are encouraged to complete a MyPath2ASU program.
