The Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in Human Resources Management focuses on issues related to the management of people as the most valuable resource within an organization. The B.S.B.A. in Human Resources Management presents the concepts and methods of analyzing, designing, planning and managing simple or complex human resource management systems within an organization. A minimum grade of C is required in all College of Business prerequisites and courses.
