In addition to the cumulative grade point average, we also consider the academic caliber of the institution awarding the degree and the rigor of the undergraduate. No specific undergraduate coursework or degree is required for admission to the MBA program. Although there are no prerequisites for the program, we recommend college algebra or calculus, statistics microeconomics, and principles of accounting as preparation for non-business majors. The GMAT and GRE are other indicators of academic competitiveness. In particular these exams are an objective measure of your verbal, quantitative and writing skills and are a significant predictor of success in an MBA program. TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) The MBA Program recommends a score 100 on the internet-based test (IBT). IELTS (International English Language Test) The MBA program recommends a score of 7 or more on the IELTS. TOEFL pbt: 600 University Requirement: Hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, or have done work equivalent to that required for such a degree. Have adequate preparation to enter graduate study in the chosen field. Have at least a 2.75 (2.00=C) undergraduate grade point average.
