The Executive MBA (EMBA) is a hybrid 16-month cohort based program designed for leadership in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Candidates with at least 5 years of managerial experience, seeking to enhance their understanding and ability to integrate business disciplines with their managerial skills and leadership effectiveness are best served by our EMBA format.<br><br>Classes are delivered online and every other Saturday at the UTEP Graduate Business Center in Downtown El Paso. Every EMBA cohort is purposefully kept small and ranges between 20-30 students to maximize meaningful discourse and networking opportunities. The EMBA is a key component of the talent management efforts of successful organizations.
