The Academy is affiliated with St. Lawrence College, who provides oversight over all curriculum, faculty, and operational quality for college-level programs delivered at Alpha's Toronto campus. Graduates receive a St. Lawrence College diploma or graduate certificate, depending on their course of study. This one-year fast track program provides training to those seeking employment in the Human Resources profession or to those currently working in the field who wish to upgrade their training and gain professional accreditation. The College works closely with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) in the development of the Human Resources program.
