This program focuses on fundamentals of human resources management as well as fundamentals of business and management. This program is designed for individuals working at the supervisory level and for those interested in supervisory positions. An advisory committee composed of representatives from various types of businesses and industrial organizations has assisted the College staff in the development of the program.
