The Human Resources concentration is designed to meet the needs of students who desire to obtain entry-level positions in human resources, such as HR generalists, employment interviewers, and compensation analysts. Human resource professionals add value to their organizations by understanding how the business operates and through the design and implementation of human resource activities to meet changing organizational needs. If a student chooses to pursue this concentration, five courses totaling at least 20.0 hours must be taken.
