This one-year fast track program provides training to those seeking employment in the Human Resources profession or to those currently working in the field who wish to upgrade their training and gain professional accreditation. The College works closely with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) in the development of the Human Resources program. The program meets the academic requirements that lead to the designation of Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). The most valuable resources of any business are the people who work there – the human resources. Business and government leaders now recognize that human resources must be managed more effectively if companies are to increase productivity in today's competitive market. Human Resources graduates have been trained to assist in the HR development process.
