It can be combined as a concurrent certificate with any undergraduate degree program or completed as a standalone program.<br><br>Highly flexible, the program is delivered using a blended model with both online and in-person course options available. It can be completed in as little as one year for students beginning in May. Nationally recognized and accredited by Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) Nova Scotia, students can become a student member of CPHR at no cost. Those who successfully complete the program, are eligible for a CPHR National Knowledge Exam waiver and can work toward their professional designation.
