Our Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development was recognized as the number one Master's Program with Emphasis in HR in hr.com's 2021 LEAD Awards. The MSHROD curriculum is designed to prepare students to understand and apply new techniques for greater organizational effectiveness. The program may be pursued on a full- or part-time basis. Classes are held in the evenings at the College of Business, online or in hybrid format.
