This certificate is recommended for anyone wishing to obtain a ''transcriptable'' program certificate and start a successful real estate business, which allows for immediate vocational employment. The goal of the program is to prepare the student for entry into the real estate field in such career areas as Real Estate Salesperson, Loan Officer, Property Manager, Leasing Agent, Title Examiner, Escrow Officer and other real-estate-related fields. In addition, individual courses in such areas as appraisal, property management, and real estate finance will provide students with entry-level skills in these areas. Courses are offered either online or during the evening to allow individuals with family and employment commitments the opportunity to study for a new or re-entry career.
