Applicants must have earned a bachelor's degree with a good academic record. Applicants are required to submit scores on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or GRE scores as well as a resume and two letters of recommendation from those familiar with the applicant's academic and professional work.
IELTS - 7.0. All international applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the English language by submitting official TOEFL or IELTS scores. The Baker Program in Real Estate does not accept My Best Score reports for the TOEFL examination and requires a minimum cumulative TOEFL score of 100 in addition to the minimum sub-scores
The Baker Program in Real Estate has made submitting the GMAT/GRE optional for the Fall 2022 admission cycle. Your application will be compete without a score and it will not be disadvantaged in the review process without a score. Students will not be asked to justify their reasons for not submitting GMAT/GRE test results.
Transcripts from all prior academic institutions attended are required. Please upload a PDF copy of transcripts from each institution, including any at which you are currently enrolled and/or from any institution from which you have received or will receive a degree.
