All international transcripts must be recorded in English or officially translated to English Candidates can apply for this graduate certificate by enrolling at UTSA as a special non-degree seeking graduate student. Current UTSA graduate students can earn the certificate as part of their degree of study. Students will pay the graduate tuition rate to participate.
