Gannon's business administration program prepares you for exciting leadership and management roles across any industry and business. You'll develop skills that withstand the ever-changing nature of business, gain knowledge in all functional areas of business, and learn in an entrepreneurial environment that blends classroom learning with real-world experiences. You'll also tailor your academic experience by choosing two concentrations that will lead you to dynamic career opportunities.<br><br>Gannon's Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree (BSBA) is accredited by ACBSP with the following concentrations - Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Healthcare Management, International Management, Management, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Risk Management and Insurance, Sport Management and Marketing, and Supply Chain Management. In AY24-25, the BSBA degree along with all concentrations, will be phased out in lieu of a BS degree with majors.<br><br>Graduates from Gannon's Dahlkemper School of Business hold high-level positions with Fortune 500 companies, such as Erie Insurance Group. Risk management and insurance students will gain an understanding of the principles and mechanics of insurance, financial planning, employee benefits and risk management. Students will also study ways to mitigate business risk. Graduates of the program will have the knowledge and skills necessary for careers in the risk management and insurance industry. Students will experience an innovative education in the Center for Business Ingenuity, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and global software. Students will receive hands-on opportunities through internships and service-learning projects with local and national businesses, as well as through the unique collaboration between Gannon University's Dahlkemper School of Business, Small Business Development Center and Erie Technology Incubator.
