In addition to meeting University and College requirements, students earning a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics must fulfill the core departmental requirements and choose from one of six emphases- General, Applied Mathematics, Actuarial Science and Insurance, Foundations, Secondary Mathematics Education or Probability and Statistics. Students must earn a grade of C- or better in all departmental and nondepartmental courses for any degree in the Department of Mathematical Sciences.
