As a Math major at Valpo you will get immersed in problem solving, analysis and modeling of systems, and research.<br><br>You have the opportunity to join a research group as a freshman. You will prepare for your first job or for graduate school through our professional development program that starts in your first year. You will take colloquium with math students from every class, and get to know the upperclassmen as soon as you set foot on campus. You will be able to pursue any other occupation you have as well, because math is in the middle of everything.
