The Health, Fitness, and Wellness (HFW) Track of the BS in Exercise Science equips you to enter fields such as personal training, strength and conditioning, corporate wellness, cardiac rehabilitation, or many other career options in the fitness and healthcare industries. The HFW track is an excellent foundation for students considering graduate work in master's programs such as exercise science or athletic training, and beyond.<br><br>Successfully completing this track will open doors for you to earn nationally recognized certifications that will distinguish you as a highly qualified specialist in your field, such as the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Health Fitness Specialist (HFS) certification, or the certification offered by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS®).
