If you are interested in helping people improve their overall health through fitness, TWU's BS in Kinesiology focused on Exercise Science is the program for you. After taking courses such as exercise testing and physiology, sports and fitness management, and sports nutrition, you will participate in internships focused on rehabilitation and fitness. You can take the prerequisites for Occupational Therapy school in this program. This program is offered on our Denton campus. Specializing in exercise science opens opportunities in both the cardiac rehabilitation and corporate fitness fields, as well as prepares you for graduate studies in exercise physiology, biomechanics, occupational therapy and other allied health fields.
