The Physical Education and Health major at Madonna University is designed to provide a comprehensive program of study to prepare students to teach PE and Health to K-12 students. Students will be equipped with the knowledge to motivate others of all ages, backgrounds and health status to become more physically, mentally and socially fit for a lifetime.Behavior-related health care costs have multiplied in the last decade. Now, more than ever, the importance of fitness is critical. This program addresses the under-served and vitally important area of physical fitness and health, linked to enhanced lifelong wellness.
