Recreation plays a key role in promoting healthy living and quality of life for individuals and communities. In this program, you combine classroom theory with practical learning experiences, giving you the foundational knowledge required to excel in this field.<br>You learn: Foundational skills in fitness/wellness, To deliver successful recreation programs and services, To lead, motivate others and facilitate groups, Essentials of community development<br>You build a broad knowledge base in the areas of health and wellness, outdoor recreation, community and sport, and therapeutic and fitness programming.
