Based at our modern Ashmore Campus on the beautiful Gold Coast, our 40-week Certificate III in Hospitality will give you the edge in this in-demand field. During your course you will develop your hospitality skills and gain a sound knowledge of industry operations, allowing you to work in positions such as food and beverage attendant, function host, and waiter amongst others. The course will teach you to work with some independence and under limited supervision, and will also teach you to provide operational advice and support to team members. You will work 36 service periods in a hospitality environment and gain valuable practical experience. After you graduate you may wish to continue your studies with our Diploma of Hospitality Management or begin your career.
