- Completion of New Zealand Certificate in Baking (Generalist) (Level 4), OR
- Equivalent industry experience
If you do not meet the academic requirements you may be given special admission if Toi Ohomai staff are satisfied you are capable of successfully completing the requirements.
Special admission may also apply for applicants over 20 years.
English Language requirements:
IELTS Academic score of 5.5 with no band score lower than 5.0; TOEFL Internet-based Test (iBT) score of 46 (with a writing score of 14); Cambridge English Qualifications: B2 First or B2 First for schools with a score of 162. No less than 154 in each skill; OET: Minimum of Grade C or 200 in all sub-tests; PTE (Academic) score of 42 with no band score lower than 36.

课程简介
In this course you'll further expand your baking knowledge and discover how to make artisan breads, advanced danish pastries and delicious patisserie items. <br><br>The diploma also focuses on special decorative techniques like mirror glazing, chocolate spraying, and chocolate tempering as well as how to bake beautiful tortes, eclairs, and layered cakes.<br><br>You'll learn practical workplace skills too, like how to take charge in a baking environment and supervise others. At the end of the course, you will be ready to apply for advanced baking jobs, work in product development, or even become a supervisor. <br><br>So, if you're ready to refine your baking skills and challenge your creativity this course is your next step.
