In this course you'll further expand your baking knowledge and discover how to make artisan breads, advanced danish pastries and delicious patisserie items. <br><br>The diploma also focuses on special decorative techniques like mirror glazing, chocolate spraying, and chocolate tempering as well as how to bake beautiful tortes, eclairs, and layered cakes.<br><br>You'll learn practical workplace skills too, like how to take charge in a baking environment and supervise others.
