The Food Innovation programme covers a comprehensive range of disciplines including science, technology, business and innovation in order to meet requirements of the modern food and drinks industry. Support is directly provided by these Industries to enhance theoretical knowledge and practical skills delivered by DIT, this includes Industry lectures, field trips, on-site training, contracts of learning through work placement and applied research projects.
