Students must have:

• have completed the New Zealand Certificate in Beauty Therapy (Level 4) or equivalent and knowledge, experience and/or qualification(s) or,
• qualification equivalent to NCEA Level 2 with passes in English/Te Reo Maori or education achievement at least equivalent to NCEA Level 2, and a minimum of 42 credits at Level 3 or,
• evidence of ability to complete the academic requirements of the course.

English Language requirements:

IELTS Academic score of 5.5 with no band score lower than 5.0; TOEFL Internet-based Test (iBT) score of 46 (with a writing score of 14); Cambridge English Qualifications: B2 First or B2 First for schools with a score of 162. No less than 154 in each skill; OET: Minimum of Grade C or 200 in all sub-tests; PTE (Academic) score of 42 with no band score lower than 36.
