This two-year diploma program is designed to provide a solid foundation of the skills and knowledge required to work in the corporate travel business, leisure, or cruise travel sectors. In this program, you will understand the tourism industry as a business with an emphasis on developing a service-driven attitude and honing business skills in marketing, sales and customer relations.<br>You will also acquire knowledge in negotiation, risk management, learn industry specific global distribution systems, discover local and international tourism destinations and geography.<br>In semester two of the program, you can continue your studies in the Tourism Services concentration or switch to the Tourism –Services Management - Global Tourism Business concentration. Switching is seamless with a common first semester in both programs.
