The University of Central Missouri's Aviation Maintenance Management 2 plus 2 B.S. program focuses on management and leadership. It is designed for students who currently hold an FAA Aviation Mechanic certificate and have an Associate degree in an aviation technical field. The program is designed to provide a certified aviation maintenance technician with an Associate degree with a high quality educational experience that will lead to a B.S. degree, and serve as a capstone credential that will allow for career advancement and greater opportunity to excel as an aviation professional. This ''2 plus 2'' program is designed to build upon an Associate Degree in Aviation Maintenance.
