The Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) program prepares graduates to work with individuals, families, groups, communities, and organizations within medical and behavioral health settings, with a special focus on military populations. The Master of Social Work (MSW) at UWF is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). The MSW program at UWF is clinically-focused and meets the educational course requirements for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) in the State of Florida. Advanced standing (30sh) and traditional (60sh) program options are available. The program can be completed on a full-time or part-time basis with course offerings available during evening hours. The advanced standing program can be completed in as few as three semesters. The traditional program can be completed in as a few as five semesters.
