The concentration in Nonprofit Administration and Social Entrepreneurship is designed to meet the needs of current and future public administrators working in the nonprofit and socially aware for-profit sectors. The concentration also will serve, and is appropriate for, those with bachelor's degrees but no current or previous relevant employment.The University of Michigan-Flint's Master of Public Administration program has its own rich legacy bolstered by that of the U-M's Horace H. In addition to the General Program, UM-Flint's MPA program offers four concentrations in: Administration of Nonprofit Agencies, Criminal Justice Administration, Educational Administration, Health Care Administration. The MPA program is interdisciplinary, aimed to meet the educational needs of students who have earned specialized, technical, or liberal arts degrees and who are seeking to expand or update their knowledge of administration.
