The Master of Public Administration Program (MPA) provides higher levels of training and education for pre-service and in-service public managers, public policy analysts and public officials to address major public policy issues in a metropolitan scenario. The UH MPA program was approved by the State of Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board over 40 years ago, and we have produced over 400 graduates for public service. We have been a member of the National Association of Schools of Public Administration and Affairs (NASPAA) and recognized as one of the excellent MPA programs in the nation.
