The MS-IPS program is designed for young and mid-level career professionals and students with a background in development studies, international studies, foreign languages, sociology, anthropology, political science, public policy or other general and specialized undergraduate majors relevant to a career in international development and global policy analysis. Students educated outside of the United States where English is not the official native language must present evidence of English proficiency. A minimum TOEFL score of 590 (paper-based), 243 (computer-based), 96 (Internet-based) or a minimum 7.5 on the IELTS may be submitted for this requirement.
