Official secondary school (high school) academic records (transcripts, certificates, diplomas, mark sheets) with certified English translations.
Transcripts must be translated by the high school or an international credential evaluating agency. World Education Services is recommended.
If you are a native English speaker or study in a secondary English-speaking school, SAT or ACT are required. International Students whose native language is not English must submit proof of English language proficiency.
The following are ways in which you can satisfy the language proficiency requirement: TOEFL, IELTS or iTEP scores, or IB score of 5 or higher on the English A 1 or 2 exams. Letter of Recommendation from a teacher, professor, or counselor.

The Criminal Justice Program at SFU is designed with the uniqueness of each student in mind. Our department provides customizable course schedules and personal academic advising by Criminal Justice faculty. Customize your experience with a number of double major options, and concentrations. Start building your resume long before you graduate. We'll help you get an internship so you can gain experience at the federal, state, and local level. We'll prepare you for a career in corrections, parole and probation, law enforcement, and in the courtroom. Criminal Justice careers are projected to increase by 7 percent with 60,000 new jobs being added every year. With a greater emphasis on the study of forensics, this degree focuses on crime theories, research methods, criminal justice systems, law enforcement, court processes and proceedings, and corrections.<br><br>Our department provides exceptional training in criminal justice because we incorporate the values of compassion and charity into our instruction. Our criminal justice students are interested in public service. They are fascinated by crime, but understand that criminals are humans who should be treated with respect. Our students are committed to helping victims. Our student are committed to decreasing crime through prevention and ending the injustices that lead to criminality, such as poverty, racism, trauma, and loneliness. Our students are interested in creating a more just world for all.
